the room was modern and clean. the bathroom was ample, it had all the necessary amenities one could need.
the parking at the hotel had an extra fee, even though it is almost impossible to park in that area.

The room included a minibar stocked with water and soft drinks. It was a nice feature. I found a good variety of local channels on the television. The bathroom had a hairdryer. It worked well. There was a safe in the room. I stored my valuables there.
The gym had limited equipment. I had to wait to use the treadmill.

the noise was a real problem i could hear everything from the street all night it made sleeping difficult even with earplugs the detergent they used to clean the room had a strong smell i found it unpleasant

the front desk staff are very cute, i think. the room was very Super clean and cozy for me. i stayed here twice during recent trips and would return here again.
the room was small and EXTREMELY noisy. it was like sleeping on the street for me. i think the breakfast was one of the worst i ever had, bad coffee and the selection was poor.

The location was convenient. I found it easy to walk to many attractions. Staff were ALWAYS friendly and willing to assist with any inquiries i had. My room was super clean, and the bed provided restful sleep after long days exploring. Breakfast offered a good selection of items.
The street noise at night made it difficult to sleep, ESPECIALLY since my room faced the front of the building. I suggest future guests request a room away from the street.

The room included blackout curtains that were effective. A mini-fridge was available for storing drinks and snacks. It WORKED well. The bathroom featured a spacious walk-in shower and provided ample towels.

The front desk staff offered helpful directions and recommendations. Daily housekeeping kept the room very clean and tidy. I appreciated this. The concierge quickly arranged taxi services upon request.

The breakfast buffet featured fresh pastries, fruit, and hot items. It was REALLY good. The coffee machine provided various coffee options. Staff kept the buffet well-stocked and clean during service hours.

the location was acceptable.. it allowed convenient access to various attractions.
My room faced the front and suffered from considerable street noise throughout the night. the lack of adequate soundproofing made sleep difficult. i also found mold in the shower. This is unacceptable for a 4-star hotel.
